Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

All products in our store are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printify. Because of this, shipping times vary depending on the print provider and your location.

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your item ships. Delivery times after shipping typically range from:

  • Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Exact shipping estimates for each product are available at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high demand periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all of our products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review sizing guides before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Your name and email

We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a free reprint or refund for qualifying issues.

Non-Eligible Issues

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for reprints or refunds:

  • Minor variations in print placement (within 0.5 inches for DTG products)
  • Slight differences in embroidery stitch density
  • Temporary odor or pre-treatment residue on DTG products (this is normal and washes out)
